Zeven boven gerecht, nog 1maal herhalen. Kokos hierna weggooien). In nood kan ook kokosmelk uit blik gebruikt worden. Niet teveel! Teveel is niet lekker. Verdunnen met warm water.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>Runderpoulet bruin bakken in boter.<br \/>\nUien en knoflook toevoegen en mee fruiten.<br \/>\nTrassie, Seree, salam, loas, djahe, bouillonblok, suiker toevoegen. Even meefruiten.<br \/>\nScheut warm water toevoegen en met snelkookpan garen maar niet zo dat vlees uit elkaar valt. (Bij mij 15minuten). Na openen, als vocht grotendeels weg is, kokosmelk toevoegen tot vlees weer onderstaat. Koenjit en sambal erbij.<br \/>\nInkoken. Tip: inkoken gaat sneller in koekenpan of wok ipv snelkookpan.<\/p>\n<p>Geen snelkookpan? Dan inkoken met kokosmelk, maar let op: kokosmelk verbrand snel aan de bodem vd pan.<br \/>\nGerecht bevat inschatting hoeveelheden.
