Boter toevoegen als het te droog is. Anders teveel vet eruit halen. \u00a0De gesnipperde ui en knoflook dan fruiten bij gehakt.<br \/>\nVoeg de overige <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ingredi\u00ebnten<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>toe en laat de saus +\/- 10 minuten zachtjes koken. Indien nog te droog: voeg een beetje water toe.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dan de <span style=\"color: #008000;\">kaassaus<\/span>.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Optie A<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Smelt de boter.<br \/>\nMeng de bloem erdoor en voeg met gedeeltes de melk toe.<br \/>\nRoer de saus goed glad en laat ze enkele minuten koken.<br \/>\nMaak de saus af met 150 gram kaas, de mosterd en nootmuskaat.<\/p>\n<p><b>Optie B<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bloem in een pan. Beetje melk toevoegen om de bloem op te lossen. Boter, kaas, mosterd toevoegen en pan verhitten. Vervolgens melk blijven toevoegen totdat de saus aanvalt als pannekoekenbeslag.<\/p>\n<p>Doe in een ingevette schaal, laag om laag, de lasagnevellen met afwisselend de vulling en kaassaus. Eindig met kaassaus.
